Is it possible to have the Reglermodul recognise temperature changes via the Raumfühler and the wibutler app?

    I currently have the wibutler setup with the Afriso Reglermodul F6A Cositherm and also have the 6 Afriso Raumfühler - FT setup.

    When changing the temperature via the Raumfühler, the Reglermodul reacts accordingly and requests my heat pump to send the heat to the requested area. However, when I change the temperature via the wibutler app nothing happens. The Reglermodul does not register any temperature change when using the wibutler app.

    Is it possible to have the Reglermodul recognise temperature changes via the Raumfühler and the wibutler app? If so, how can I get this setup?

    Hi Eric,

    Thank you for the given Information. Unfortunately, you have one of only a very few wibutler, which have these problems. We are trying to fix this bug as soon as possible, but we can’t give you a fix date. Another option might be to update the App-Version to 1.4.4.0. Sometimes it also helps to cut off the power supply for the wibutler and the Reglermodul for some seconds.

    If you teach them again, there is no special order to follow but you need the service-card to enter the locked section and perform it. If you didn’t install these products, it may be better to ask the craftsman, you bought the wibutler from.

    Don’t hesitate to contact us in English, we are very pleased to answer your questions! If you gave us some more information about the current situation, this would be helpful. Does the app not adopt the new temperature when you use the slide button? If so, we are already informed about this and try to fix it. Normally, you should be able to change the temperature with both a Raumfühler and the App as well.

    Which wibutler-Version do you use? Maybe you can update your Firmware-Version and the problem is solved. Another solution might be to delete the products and teach them again.

    Here are the answers to your questions:

    • Does the app not adopt the new temperature when you use the slide button?

    Yes, it seems that when I use the slide button, the Reglermodul does not register the change. Also, when I create a time trigger rule, the Reglermodul does not react.

    • Which wibutler-Version do you use?

    The current firmware I have installed on the wibutler is 1.6. The software version is 01.25.8580 (09:13:11 @ Jun 2 2016).

    The current app version I have is 1.2.3.3503

    • Another solution might be to delete the products and teach them again.

    I can try this, but is there a special sequence I need to follow? i.e. Do I first teach the Raumfühler then the Reglermodul or vice versa?
