Hey @ld0000 sorry to hear about your trouble.
Please check if it helps to reconnect your ViCare-Account with wibutler.
In order to do so, please open your wibutler-App and go to "Configuration" and then "Settings".
Open "More" and choose "Radio Networks". Then you can select "Viessmann" and reconnect your Vicare-Account.
